On votes recorded at the meeting the board approved:
- An agreement with Cole and Associates Inc. for construction administration and phasing updates for the Boonslick Road Sidewalk Improvements Phase 2 project for $65,500 (Bill No. 07-25). The phase covers the south side from the bank down to Market Street and the north side from East Street to North Market; phase 3 will finish the remainder next year.
