BlendingBoard approved a site-plan modification that covers interior campus walkway improvements, stairway lighting adjustments, pool lighting, landscaping and a pavilion as part of ongoing campus upgrades.
Board chair explained the approval supplements earlier site-plan permits and does not replace other prior approvals. The board said it reviewed a planning-board referral dated 03/19/2025 and a SCAF (document language in the record) and issued a negative declaration for the unlisted action. A board member described a single photometric "hot spot" at the top corner of the plaza and said the applicant adjusted the lighting to reduce the measured level below eight (units not specified in the record) while maintaining a safe transition down the stairway.
The applicant provided a completed landscape schedule and lighting cut sheets; the board recorded that the applicant must complete the work shown on the approved site documents and that any proposed changes will be subject to further site-plan review per town code section 192-122. The approval was made on the record at the April 10 meeting and carried without recorded opposition.
The board noted that this approval supplements prior campus approvals and that all prior findings and conditions remain in effect except for items specifically modified in this action.
