The approval notes that the modification is limited to the addition of the monument sign and that all prior findings and conditions of earlier site-plan approvals (04/27/2023 and subsequent amendments in 06/2023, 01/2024 and 12/05/2024) remain in effect except as specifically changed by this action. No public comment or opposition to the sign was recorded in the transcript.
The motion carried without recorded opposition. The board recorded the condition that other aspects of the previously approved site plan remain unchanged.
