Student-led accessibility project pushes De Witt to adopt permanent Zoom link, YouTube archive and minutes archive

IT staff member Brian offered to help create a persistent meeting link and to schedule a time to set it up. Committee members said an updated email distribution list (which staff are updating) will help ensure members and interested residents receive notices about meetings and links.
The committee agreed to follow up: staff will check the department shared drives for archived minutes, the IT contact will test the permanent Zoom link, and members will coordinate to ensure recordings are uploaded to YouTube consistently.
