Staff recommended several standard conditions that typically accompany sign approvals, including confirmation of illumination and final dimension details, and suggested minor coordination with off‑site signage (an adjacent “Entrance B — no trucks or buses” sign) to ensure visibility. The board authorized counsel to draft a resolution of approval subject to those details.
