Architecture review committee approves storefront changes at 41 East Main and signs for 90 West Main; 31 Baker Place sign deferred

The committee agreed to allow the existing temporary sign to remain while the applicant prepares final materials.
Other routine motions and adjournments were taken by the board at the end of the meeting for matters continued to future hearings.
