Patchogue board approves multiple storefront and signage applications; denies massage business at 12 South Ocean Avenue

At the Jan. 28, 2025 meeting of the Patchogue Village Planning Board and Architectural Advisory Committee, members approved several retail and signage applications, assigned an application to the Architectural Advisory Committee (AAC), and denied one application for a massage business.

Approvals and procedural actions included:

- Metro by T-Mobile, 25 Medford Avenue: The board approved the applicant Charles Burnett’s request to open a Metro by T-Mobile retail store, including the submitted signage application and the applicant’s agreement to remove one of two posters in the window. The applicant said the store will operate with two employees; hours provided were Monday–Friday 10 a.m.–8 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m.–5 p.m. The approval was made by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
