Fargo to reconstruct A Street North; $1.52 million estimated cost, partly assessed to adjacent properties

FARGO — City of Fargo staff presented a plan to fully reconstruct A Street North between NP Avenue and First Avenue North under improvement district BR 25 gs-one, with bidding scheduled for May 20, a likely start in early summer and expected completion in fall 2025. Jason Leonard, staff member for the City of Fargo, said, “the estimated cost of construction for this project is $1,206,517 and with the fees and contingencies, we are estimating this project at $1,520,212.”
