Guthrie told council that, “altogether, they had 52 incidents they had to respond to and deal with for the next month,” summarizing the department’s operational tempo. The report was received as informational; there was no motion attached to the report.
Council did not take formal action on the report but acknowledged the figures and committee attendance.
