- Signal design selection: Olsen Engineering (Springfield) was selected to provide design services for the signal project at Tenth and Holloway; staff will negotiate scope and fee (design budget in FY was $80,000; expected construction later). Council moved to select the firm and advanced contract negotiation.
- Asphalt overlay project (Project 595, Phase 1): Staff recommended, and council authorized, award to MB West Contracting Company for $649,495.77 for thin overlay/phase work on designated streets. The motion passed with council votes in favor and one abstention recorded during roll call.
