Grants: Council approved a resolution authorizing staff to submit an application to the Delta Regional Authority for community infrastructure funding for a major storm-sewer replacement on Rolla Street. Staff said the full project estimate is about $2,500,000 and the city will request $1,250,000 from the Delta Regional Authority; preliminary engineering has been completed, and staff said construction would be budgeted and scheduled if the grant is awarded. The council approved submittal by voice vote.
Budget adjustments: Council approved by voice vote year-end budget adjustments for fiscal year 2024. Staff outlined revenue adjustments (presented as $3,051,900) and expenditure adjustments (presented as roughly $2,000,008) and highlighted year-end accounting items such as depreciation and other audit adjustments that do not affect cash position. The council approved a resolution to appropriate the adjustments.
