Ozark aldermen adopt mass-grading contract and declare 3101 E. Covey Lane surplus property
Summary

Bill 3634: The board voted to adopt bill 3634 as Ordinance 25-011, declaring certain real property located at 3101 East Covey Lane as surplus property and directing staff to dispose of it pursuant to the municipal code of the City of Ozark, Missouri (section as stated in the agenda). The motion to adopt was made by Alderman Galloway and seconded by Alderman Snyder. The roll call recorded ayes from Aldermen Snyder, Metcalfe, Campbell, Hutchinson, Aiken and Galloway; six ayes, motion carries.
Both ordinances were enacted by unanimous recorded vote with the movers and seconders noted on the record.
