Ozark approves rezoning at 1767 South 15th Avenue over two dissenting votes

Alderman Metcalfe asked whether flood and erosion concerns north of the property — specifically issues tied to Highway 14 runoff — remained; the assistant administrator confirmed existing concerns were present.
Alderman Metcalfe moved to adopt the ordinance and Alderman Aiken seconded. In the roll call Alderman Schneider and Alderman Campbell voted nay; Aldermen Aiken, Metcalfe, Galloway and Hutchinson voted aye. The motion carried 4–2, and the ordinance became 25-016.
