The City of Wildwood Board of Adjustment on March 31 approved a sign-variance request (BA6-25) for property owner Banyan Ventures, LLC to allow an internally lit, flush-mounted cabinet sign for a tenant at 16497 Clayton Road.
The board voted unanimously, 5-0, to approve the sign variance. Board members Arnie Sprungner, Devin Lux, Michael Lee, Bob Morris and Chair Jared Frank voted in favor following Department of Planning recommendations and a prior Architectural Review Board review that found the sign “in character” with surrounding signage.
