The recommendation came after a presentation by applicant representative Matt Slish of Engineering Solutions and a staff report from Senior Planner Adair Bright, who entered exhibits 1 through 15 into the record and said the site is inside the downtown activity center and that the TNZ is intended to provide a softer transition from the central business district to adjacent residential areas.
