EDA approves agenda, minutes and treasurer’s report; cancels May meeting, schedules June 24 annual meeting

Board members then discussed scheduling. Staff proposed combining May and June business into a single meeting. The authority agreed to cancel the May meeting and hold the combined meeting on June 24; staff said that session will serve as the EDA’s annual meeting, when members will approve the fiscal-year budget and hold elections for officers. A nominating group volunteered to prepare officer recommendations.
