- Closed session: The board voted to go into closed session under the Code of Virginia, section 2.2-3711(a), to consult with legal counsel about eminent domain related to a utility project (subsection 8), to discuss appointment of the county administrator and county attorney (subsection 1), and to discuss negotiation strategy for the sale of county real property in the Carrollton area (subsection 3). The motion to move into closed session passed on a recorded roll call with the supervisors recorded as voting yes.
