The public hearing was opened and, finding no public comment either in person or online, the hearing was closed.
Commissioner action adopted the plan based on the staff findings of fact and approval conditions; the motion passed unanimously 5-0. The project will proceed under the conditions in the approved staff report, including the long-term bicycle parking requirement.
