The Auburn Zoning Board of Appeals agreed to continue the use-variance application for 5658 Swift St to allow the applicant to update financial documentation; the item was rescheduled for the board’s next hearing on May 19.
Ally Colvin, attorney for the applicant (Matt Van Lew), asked the board to table the matter so updated financials could be submitted in the format the board prefers. "If perhaps this would be one to table so that we can update the financials to come back the next month," Colvin said.
Board members said the record showed no demonstrated loss in the currently filed materials and that updated, clearer statements should be provided. The board agreed to a rescheduling that places the application on the May 19 meeting; the applicant was instructed to submit revised financials three weeks before that meeting.
No final variance decision was made; the item is continued to the May meeting for further consideration with updated documentation.
