Representative Latham moved to approve the listed allocations and the $30,000 allocation for the Joint Military Affairs committee. The motion passed on a voice vote. The subcommittee and staff clarified that out-of-state travel is now paid from the House or Senate budgets rather than committee allocations.
The subcommittee instructed staff to record monthly expenditures for interim committee special expenses, such as out-of-town meeting costs and audiovisual needs. No numerical vote tally was recorded in the transcript.
