County staff said the applicant will provide two portable restrooms, use two overflow parking parcels off Lee Highway and arrange personnel to direct traffic and parking.
The permit record says the grass parking areas must be mowed and maintained, no event parking or loading is permitted on Route 29, and the applicant must obtain a VDOT land‑use permit for special‑event signage. The planning commission heard no public speakers on the item and approved the permit by voice vote.
