We just amended that 1 portion so that way that, that sales tax that's in exchange for them not having income taxes is not being changed in the bill,” Underwood said.
The committee chair confirmed only Senate Amendment No. 2 was presented for concurrence and asked for the committee's will. Members approved the concurrence by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded. The chair said, “Congratulations. Your concurrent has passed.”
