Rod Marriott, the program’s drug control director, said the industry’s supply has been expanding as legacy producers increase output and new microcultivators and disproportionately impacted-area cultivators come online. “We have had two new microcultivators approved for final licensure in the last few months,” Marriott said, and one has already applied to expand.
