The Portland Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 11 reapproved both the preliminary and final plats for the Odyssey Subdivision, a seven-lot, one-block residential development, after its 2022 approvals lapsed.
The commission’s action restores the previous plat approvals that expired when no improvements were initiated and no extension was requested. The motions approved the plats subject to compliance with City of Portland ordinances, payment of planning fees, park-dedication fees and impact fees, and the existing 2022 conditions that remain applicable.
