On the consent agenda the council accepted an independent racial-profiling report from Justice Research Consultants finding the University Park Police Department in compliance with Texas law and reported no racial-profiling complaints in recent years. The council also approved purchases and payments: four Ford Maverick patrol vehicles from Rockdale County Ford at $28,590 each (total $114,360), traffic-signal poles and mast arms for a Miracle Mile capital project from Wallace and Associates ($289,716), and a final retained-payment to SYB Construction for an annual water and sewer replacement project ($309,983).
