Planning commission approves corridor development zoning permit for Santa Fe Snowcone at 15719 Highway 6

The Santa Fe Planning and Zoning Commission approved a corridor development zoning permit for Santa Fe Snowcone, a proposed small retail snack shop at 15719 Highway 6, following a staff review that found the project met local development requirements.

City planning staff told commissioners the applicant has an approved building permit, compliant fire lanes and the required parking for the building’s square footage.
