Council members voted to adopt Ordinance No. 2025-04, which amends Article 2 of Chapter 38 (municipal court) of the city code to clarify sections, add language to comply with state law and remove obsolete provisions; and Ordinance No. 2025-05, which deletes Article 5 (natural gas pipelines) of Chapter 110 (utilities).
