Adopt agenda
The board approved the meeting agenda as presented, by roll call. Board members recorded affirmative votes during the roll call.
Treasurer recommendations (Items A–E)
The board approved the treasurer’s recommendations (bank reconciliations, financial summary, forecasts and the ARP ESSER appropriation revision including an increase of $61,000) by roll call.
Personnel recommendations (Item 11 a–m)
The board approved routine personnel actions including new hires, resignations and retirements (notably the retirement of Suzanne Carlo, payroll specialist, effective March 31) by roll call.
Educational recommendations (Item 12 a–e)
The board approved five educational items, including College Credit Plus memoranda of understanding and out‑of‑state trips, by roll call.
Business recommendations (Items 13 amended)
Board members moved to amend the original business recommendations and remove some items from the motion. The board then approved the amended set of business recommendations (items 13 a, b, c, d and g) by roll call; item f and certain elevator/service line items were pulled for later review.
Taxation policy (separate motion)
After discussion, the board voted to not pursue creation of a formal district taxation policy at this time. The motion was approved by roll call with all present board members voting in favor of shelving the policy discussion.
