Roy McDowell, representing the applicant, introduced surveyor Zach Glass, who said the ANR “is to take the existing lot, divide it into 2 lots, and ensure both of those have the required … the zoning for the Central Business District.” The board determined ANR review does not require public comment and moved to endorse the plan.
Votes were recorded as three in favor, none opposed and no abstentions. The board authorized signatures to finalize the endorsement.
