Manager Frank Parzic told the board the request responded to “nicer weather and later sunsets” and increased third‑party delivery and hotel demand after 9 p.m. Parzic said the restaurant planned to extend operating hours by about one hour on weekdays and weekends and that kitchen and last‑call times would be adjusted accordingly.
The board approved the hours as proposed in the motion: Monday–Thursday 11:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; Friday 11:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m.–11:30 p.m.; Sunday 10:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m., pending payment of required taxes and licensing fees. Commissioner Laura Medrano and others expressed support, describing the change as “straightforward” and noting that later hours were reasonable for the location.
Commissioner Shannon McCullough asked about kitchen closing times; Parzic said the kitchen would close at 10 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 9 p.m. Sunday, with last call timed to kitchen closure. No additional restrictions or conditions were attached to the vote.
The motion was seconded and passed by roll call with all five commissioners voting “aye.”
