EDINBURG, Texas — At its April 1 meeting the Edinburg City Council approved a series of actions including a voluntary annexation, multiple procurement awards and interlocal agreements, a transportation funding resolution and several board and court appointments.
Council approved a petition for the voluntary annexation of a 4.99-acre tract located at 3825 West Rogers Road as requested by Rosa V. Barrera and Adiel I. Barrera. The council then approved the award of RFQ 2025001 for cleaning and mowing services for weedy lots, authorized the city manager to execute related agreements and named three recommended companies.
