Commission approves Grand Isle and Alberg town plans and grants energy‑compliance determination for Grand Isle

A single motion to approve both plans and confirm the planning processes passed by voice vote. Commissioners asked a procedural question about whether approval and confirmation could be combined; staff reported they had verified the combined motion was acceptable for these items but that an energy‑compliance determination must be handled separately.
The commission then took a separate motion and granted a determination of energy compliance for the town of Grand Isle by voice vote.
