Ryan Locke, the project manager, told the board the assessment spreadsheet has been tested and “so it seems to be working,” and that the city is still waiting on the county’s exemption list before finalizing assessment rolls. Locke said bid documents and technical specifications are nearly complete and that Crawford (spelled in the project discussion as Crawford and associates) or the contracted project manager will post documents digitally and manage addenda and the pre-bid process.
