The board treated most items as routine and moved them by consent. A few items drew brief procedural questions: a commissioner asked how the “renewal and replacement” account functions; a staff member explained it is a bank account naming convention used to transfer and manage funds between accounts. During discussion of the blanket purchase order resolution, the bookkeeper said the maximum per blanket purchase order was $3,500. The list of vendors covered by blanket purchase orders was offered to board members for follow-up.
No resolutions were recorded as opposed or tabled during the meeting. The board declined to go into executive session and adjourned following the votes.
