City council approved gas station with conditions to bar overnight parking and standalone vape/tobacco shop

Chandler further reported that Council member Walker added a condition prohibiting a standalone vape shop or tobacco store in one of the smaller retail buildings on the site. "Council member Walker also added condition for the smaller retail building to not allow a standalone vape shop or tobacco sale," Chandler said.
