The foundation’s board president described the donation — and thanked corporate and foundation donors including the Springer Foundation, McLean Group, Aztec Pet Hospital, and Lingfield Lumberyard — saying the trackless train would enhance the museum experience for children. Council praised the museum, noting Temple’s railroad history and thanking donors.
