Engineering staff estimated the work would take about 60–90 working days after mobilization and said construction could start in roughly one month after contract execution; if so, the project could be completed in two to four months. Commissioners asked that the communications office provide public updates and timelines for affected residents; staff agreed to notify commissioners when the contractor sets a start date.
A motion to award the construction contract was made and seconded; commissioners voted in favor and the motion carried.
