Venus council fills Economic Development seats, reappoints Joe Russell to EDC

During discussion of agenda item 7.2, City Secretary Callie Green reported that Place 2 (Patricia Johnson) and Place 4 (Casey Tucker) did not wish to continue, while Joe Russell indicated willingness to serve another term for Place 6. The council nominated Katie Drambarino to Place 2 and approved her appointment 5-0. Council members voted to leave Place 4 vacant for now by unanimous vote. The council then voted 5-0 to reappoint Joe Russell to Place 6.
