Council approved the rezoning request for a medium-density multifamily development at the southeast corner of Reisinger Road and Chisholm Trail Parkway (ZC-25-007). Ty Robinson, representing HistoryMaker Homes, described the site’s constraints — including steep topography, gas pads and floodplain — and said the developer had adjusted plans in response to community feedback. Council Member Williams, who moved approval, said the proposal includes a trail connection, a dog park and commitments from the developer to fund traffic-signal improvements at Reisinger and Summer Creek; Williams said the dog park would not sit in the floodplain and that stormwater and public-safety issues would be addressed before construction.
