Julie said the extension is recommended to support future tenants and more efficient HVAC configurations.
Board members asked for confirmation about contracting and sign‑off paperwork; staff said they would correct a misspelling on a DocuSign form and that the board gave consensus to proceed with the gas line agreement and scheduling for the work.
On 1028 High Street, Julie said demolition construction documents are under city review and staff plans to begin demolition shortly after Muralfest to avoid schedule conflicts.
