Staff said the plan includes an ADA-compliant threshold 4 feet 7 inches wide on the rear elevation facing the sidewalk; nine-foot-tall columns; a three-foot panel wall with a steel tube rail; a metal roof sloped toward the street with a plywood ceiling; an exterior clear roller shade; and TimberTech advanced PVC deck boarding. Renderings, sections and details were provided to the panel, which recommended approval on a 9–0 vote.
