Staff and the applicant asked for the item to be tabled to allow another round of review.
Commissioner Hernandez moved to table the item to the May 13 meeting; Commissioner Williams seconded. The motion passed 6-0. No public comment on the item was recorded during the public-hearing portion of the meeting.
The item will return to the commission on May 13 for further consideration; any formal votes or conditions taken then will be reported in subsequent minutes and staff materials.
