• Ordinance 2024-O-046A — Update Gunnar Southwest minor plat wastewater capacity: Council approved an ordinance amending a prior ordinance to reflect updated wastewater capacity (LUEs) and to note that the South Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion is operational. City attorney Mary Ann Banks summarized the amendment as a one-paragraph correction to reconcile records with the city engineer’s attachment. Motion passed 5-0.
• Resolution 2025-R-13 — Acceptance of infrastructure improvements: Council approved a letter accepting public infrastructure improvements for the 12 Oaks multi-family wastewater tie into a manhole. Motion passed 5-0.
• Resolution 2025-R-15 — Acceptance for Gunnar sewer junction extension: Council approved acceptance of public infrastructure improvements for the Gunner sewer junction wastewater line extension, contingent on the signed waiver and an engineer’s letter of concurrence regarding the punch list; council confirmed a bond and agreed vegetation will be completed as weather permits. Motion passed 5-0.
• Purchase of AMI water meters (Public Works): Council approved Public Works’ request to purchase new AMI meters from Mueller not to exceed $63,705. Motion passed 5-0. Staff said the purchase is in the approved budget.
• AWPF work order W07-2400273: Council approved a work order for pilot AWPF design with Garver LLC not to exceed $960,213. Motion passed 5-0 (see separate coverage for project details).
• Consent agenda and other procedural items: Council approved the consent agenda items A, B, C and E by motion (5-0) after pulling several items for discussion.
