Planning and Zoning Commission approves multiple plats and Sienna 4 revised concept; parkland cash‑in‑lieu granted for Meadowview Estates

The Missouri City Planning and Zoning Commission on April 9 approved a series of subdivision plats, a revised conceptual plan for the Sienna 4 development and a parkland cash‑in‑lieu payment for Meadowview Estates.

The commission first approved the minutes of its March 12 meeting and then passed a consent agenda covering multiple preliminary and final plats, including applications for sections of Sienna (sections 51A, 69B, 70, 80.1, 83), several street dedications (Sienna Lakes Drive and others), and final plats for Sienna Oaks Amenity Center Phase 1 and Meadowview Estates. Following staff presentation, commissioners voted to approve a revised conceptual plan for Sienna 4; staff said the revised plan expands the original three‑section concept by adding two more sections and additional street dedications and that it is consistent with the development agreement for the area.
