- A contract award to Randup Brothers Construction for street reconstruction west of McLean Boulevard in the amount of $3,045,366. Staff said construction will begin next month and is expected to take about nine months; the project includes inlets and drainage improvements along streets identified as “worst of the worst.”
- A contract with Metro City LLC for the Bridal Fresno sewer-main project, $471,632.
- Professional services with Kimley‑Horn for design work on fiber‑optic expansion along Texas Parkway and Cart Road, $86,000 (funded through a TxDOT Surface Transportation Block Grant).
- Preventive maintenance agreements with Silence Martin Emergency Group LLC for three heavy fire apparatus, not to exceed $89,423 for three years.
