The chair and vice chair elections and the schedule vote were routine housekeeping taken at the start of the board’s meeting at Burrell Hall. Heather Pierce nominated herself and accepted the chair position; the board then moved and approved Lucinda as vice chair. The board also approved minutes from the Sept. 26 meeting and adopted the 2025 meeting schedule.
