Eligible members who voted were Jim Henry (yes), Yvonne Clayton (yes), John Moore (yes), Michael Goonan (yes), Catherine McLaughlin (yes), Daniel Shenamayo (yes) and Chairwoman Barbara Kurzak (yes). The motion to approve was moved by Yvonne Clayton and seconded by Michael Goonan.
