At the start of the March 17, 2025 meeting the board heard the first application, 527 Banks Avenue. Applicant counsel Andrew Harris apologized to the board and said required notice had not been sent. The applicant asked to reschedule.
The board offered two available dates, and the applicant selected May 5, 2025. A motion to continue the application to May 5 with proper notice was moved and seconded (the second was recorded in the transcript as by “Daniel”). The board recorded unanimous affirmative votes by members present: James Venano, Councilwoman Clayton, Jim Henry, Mayor Moore, Daniel Shenamayo, Bob Zuckerman, Kathy McLaughlin, Vice Chair Goonan and Chairwoman Barbara Kurzak. The application will return to the board on May 5 with required notice.
