County staff noted this was the last year for the rural access funds in the current program.
• Zoning text amendment notices: Commissioners authorized the auditor to publish notice of public hearings for four text amendments (Nos. 2504–2507) related to ADU regulations and transfer of building eligibilities; hearings were set for April 22, 2025.
