G1 (resolution calling general election): The council adopted a resolution authorizing the calling of the general election for May 3, 2025. Motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stevens and seconded by Council member Ortega; roll-call was unanimous.
G2 (roadway impact-fee semiannual report): The council adopted the Capital Improvements Plan progress semiannual report regarding roadway impact fees. Motion made by Council member Ortega, seconded by Council member Fleming; roll-call was unanimous.
G3 (water/wastewater impact-fee semiannual report): The council adopted the Capital Improvements Plan progress semiannual report regarding water and wastewater. Motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Stevens, seconded by Council member Ortega; roll-call was unanimous.
